You will be given the exact address once you have made your booking. The flat is managed by a property management company who deal with the changeovers, meet and greets, key arrangements and can help you with any issues that may arise. Check-in from 16:00. You will be asked to check-out before 11:00. A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please let your property manager know your arrival time. Unless otherwise informed your property manager is Dayna and she can be contacted on firstname.lastname@example.org , Mob: 07944189711. Entry to the apartment is from 4pm onwards; however, please note that meet and greet for arrivals after 7pm may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. Key access with no meet and greet can be given for late arrivals and you can arrange for your property manager to come round in the morning if you wish. Entry before 4pm can sometimes be arranged but this depends on whether there is a departure at the apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 4pm on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
Parking details - Despite the superb city-centre location, there is on-street parking available (metered at around £2 per hour (or use Ringo and not applicable on Sundays) and you will find free parking around 400 metres away from the property. There is also the option to park securely at the Omni Centre 5 minutes walk away for £25 per day, this is the easier option as the on street parking has to be paid every 4 hours.
